Orders are only accepted by Gerry's subject to these Conditions of Purchase and Terms of Trading. Gerry's reserves the right to refuse any order.
All prices and offers are subject to availibility. Gerry's reserves the right to alter prices, or remove special offers at any time. Should such a correction have failed to register online, Gerry's will notify the customer of any change before processing the order.
PaymentIf you prefer to pay by cheque, please place your order by phone or fax on 0208 301 3344 between 10am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. Goods will be dispatched once a cheque has been received by post.
We also accept orders placed and paid for over the phone.

No payment will be taken until goods are ready to dispatch.
Delivery SchedulePlease allow 10-14 days for delivery. However, these times are estimates given in good faith and we will not be held liable for any failure to deliver within a specified period of time.
Gerry's will not accept any liability for damage to goods or shortage in delivery or loss of goods unless notified by the customer within 14 days of receipt of order or (in the case of total loss) of receipt of the notification of dispatch.
