All orders over £50.00 in value will be delivered free of charge, UK mainland only.
Orders below this value will be charged at £5.00 to cover postage and packing.
Delivery charges to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish offshore, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will incur a charge of £7.95.
Our orders are delivered by a reputable national carrier and we endeavour to deliver within 5-7 working days if the goods are in stock.
Because we stock most of our lines in-house, we are able to deliver most orders very quickly. However, there may sometimes be delays if part of your order is not in stock; therefore, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Gerry's is not liable for any failure to deliver your goods within a specified period of time.
We will not accept liability for damage or loss of goods or shortage in delivery unless you tell us within 14 days from the date you place your order or, in the case of total loss, from the date we are told the order has been sent.
If there is no one available when the carrier attempts to deliver they will try once more the following day, if there is still no one available to receive the delivery the parcel must be collected from the local depot, or an additional delivery charge will be made to send the parcel again.

Please return your unwanted order within 7 days in the original condition with all the packaging, and we will refund the item.
When returning goods please enclose a copy of your order confirmation received by email. We recommend that you return goods by registered post. Gerry's always tries to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during busy periods please allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. All items are returned at the customer's expense. Any money that is refunded will be less the postage charge already incurred by Gerry's.
We will not refund net curtains once cut unless the goods are faulty in our opinion.
